Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) Despite the
Financial Management Act 2006 , the Trust must, not later than 30 November in
each year, prepare and give to the Minister a report on its proceedings for
the year ending on the preceding 30 June.
(2) The Minister must
cause the report to be laid before each House of Parliament as soon as is
practicable after receipt by the Minister.
