—
responsible authority and scheme have the meanings
given to those terms in section 94(1).
(2) As soon as is
practicable after the memorial is registered or withdrawn under section 94
written notice that the memorial is registered or withdrawn, with a copy of
the memorial or notice to withdraw the memorial attached, as is relevant, must
be given by the CEO to —
(a) each
owner of the relevant land; and
(b) the
Western Australian Planning Commission; and
(c) each
local government which has located within its district all, or part, of the
relevant land; and
(d) each
responsible authority the scheme of which applies to all, or part, of the
relevant land.
