(1) The Commissioner
is to cause to be kept, in a form determined by the Commissioner, a register
of the following information in relation to each licence issued —
(a) the
type and, where relevant, the class, of licence;
(b) the
name and business address of the licensee and where the licence is held on
behalf of a partnership or body corporate, the name (including, where
relevant, the business name) and address of the partnership or body corporate;
(c) the
expiry date of the licence;
(d) any
condition, restriction or endorsement that applies to the licence; and
(e) such
other particulars as may be prescribed.
(2) A licensing
officer is to allow any person to inspect the register on payment of the
prescribed fee (if any).
(3) On application
being made to the Commissioner in respect of a licence, and payment of the
prescribed fee, a licensing officer shall issue a certified copy of an entry
in the register relating to that licence.
