Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A person must not
act as a security installer except under the authority of a security
installer’s licence.
(2) A person must not
carry out such activities of a security installer that a person holding a
particular class of security installer’s licence is authorised to carry
out except under the authority of a security installer’s licence of that
class.
Penalty: a fine of $15 000.
