Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A person must not
advertise or in any way hold out that he or she is willing to supply the
services of investigators unless the person holds an inquiry agent’s
licence.
Penalty: a fine of $15 000.
(2) For the purposes
of subsection (1) a person is to be treated as holding an inquiry
agent’s licence if such a licence is held on the person’s behalf
under section 43(2).
