Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) Subject to
subsection (2), a natural person who holds an agent’s licence on behalf
of a partnership or a body corporate must be a resident of the State.
(2) A licensing
officer may in writing exempt a partnership or body corporate from compliance
with subsection (1), and may at any time revoke an exemption by notice in
writing to the partnership or body corporate.
