(1) Regulations made
under section 94(1) may prescribe conditions and restrictions that are to be
taken to be attached to —
(a) all
licences;
(b) all
licences of a particular class; or
(c) all
endorsements under section 24 or 26,
unless otherwise
provided by the licence or endorsement.
(2) The conditions
imposed under subsection (1) may include —
(a) a
condition requiring the wearing by a licensee of a uniform, of a type approved
by the Commissioner, while performing functions authorised by the licence;
(b) any
condition designed to prevent a uniform worn by, or marking on a vehicle used
by, a licensee being confusingly similar to a uniform or vehicle marking in
use by a police force;
(c) a
condition that, if an identity card is issued to a licensee, the card is to be
visibly displayed on the person of the licensee while he or she is engaged in
activities authorised by the licence.
