(1) The Commissioner
may at any time direct a licensee to attend at a place and there give a sample
of his or her blood or urine for analysis.
(2) The purpose of an
analysis is to determine the presence or level of any prescribed drug in any
form in the blood or urine of the licensee.
(3) A direction under
this section must —
(a) be
in writing given to the licensee;
(b)
specify the day on which and time and place at which the licensee is to
attend; and
(c)
indicate what sample or samples are to be given.
(4) Where a direction
is given under this section, any sample is to be taken and dealt with in
accordance with regulations referred to in section 83.
