Regulations may be
made under section 94 —
(a)
prescribing drugs for which a person may be required to be tested pursuant to
a direction under section 80;
(b)
prescribing any test to be carried out for the purposes of section 81(1)(b);
(c)
prescribing the amount of a prescribed drug in any form in a given quantity of
blood or urine in a sample that is to render the sample a non-complying sample
for the purposes of section 81(1)(b);
(d)
regulating the manner of taking and dealing with samples of blood and urine
and their analysis;
(e)
requiring a licensee to produce his or her identity card at the time when a
sample is taken, and providing that a failure to do so —
(i)
is taken to be a failure to comply with a direction under
section 80; and
(ii)
constitutes an offence punishable by a fine not exceeding
$2 000;
(f)
providing for the authorisation of persons as analysts for the purposes of
this Part;
(g)
providing for certificate evidence in any proceedings as to the taking and
analysis of any sample and the authority of any analyst to carry out an
analysis.
