proceedings for an offence against section 16, 17, 18, 18A, 30 or 37 it is
proved that a person was engaged to do anything which it is an offence to do
for remuneration without a licence, it is to be presumed, unless the contrary
is shown, that the person was engaged to do that thing for remuneration.
