STATE ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL ACT 2004 - SECT 137

137 .         Consequences of acting as Deputy President

                A person acting in an office of Deputy President as authorised by an appointment under section 134 is to be regarded as a Deputy President for the purposes of this Act and enabling Acts.
