(1) The chief
executive officer is to make an officer of the Department available to
perform, under the control of the President, the functions under this Act of
the executive officer of the Tribunal and assist in the administration of this
Act and the exercise of the Tribunal’s jurisdiction.
(2) In addition, the
chief executive officer is to make other officers of the Department available
to assist, under the control of the executive officer, in the administration
of this Act and the exercise of the Tribunal’s jurisdiction.
(3) Otherwise, the
services and facilities of the Department may be used for the purposes of this
Act on such terms as are agreed to by the President and the chief executive
officer.
