STATE ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL ACT 2004 - SECT 156

156 .         Publication of Tribunal’s decisions

        (1)         The Tribunal may publish its decisions, or any of them.

        (2)         A decision may be published under subsection (1) with or without the reasons for it.

        (3)         However section 62 applies to the publication of reasons.
