Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A person to whom
information referred to in section 157(2) is disclosed, and any employee of
that person, is subject to the same obligations and liabilities with respect
to the recording or disclosure of the information as they would be if they
were a person to whom section 157 applied who had acquired the information in
the performance of functions under this Act or an enabling Act.
(2) Subsection (1)
does not apply to a member of the Police Force to whom information is
disclosed under section 157(4).
