(1) If, under
section 21(1), a person requests a decision-maker to provide the person with a
written statement of the reasons for a reviewable decision and, contrary to
section 21(4), the decision-maker fails to provide the statement, the person
may apply to the Tribunal for an order that the decision-maker provide the
statement to the person.
(2) The person is to
give notice of the application to the decision-maker within the time specified
by the rules.
(3) If the Tribunal is
satisfied that the person is entitled to be provided with the statement, the
Tribunal may order that the decision-maker provide the statement to the person
within the time specified in the order.
