(1) The Attorney
General may, on behalf of the State, intervene in a proceeding of the Tribunal
at any time.
(2) The Commissioner
referred to in the Fair Trading Act 2010 section 6 may, on behalf of the
State, intervene at any time in a proceeding if the Minister responsible for
the administration of that Act is responsible for the administration of the
enabling Act.
(3) The Tribunal may
give leave at any time for a person to intervene in a proceeding on
conditions, if any, that the Tribunal thinks fit.
