(1) If the Tribunal
gives leave, the applicant may withdraw or agree to the withdrawal of a
proceeding or a part of a proceeding.
(2) The Tribunal may
make an order dismissing or striking out all, or any part, of a proceeding
before it if the applicant withdraws or agrees to the withdrawal of the
proceeding or that part of it.
(3) At any time, the
Tribunal may make an order dismissing or striking out all, or any part, of a
proceeding before it for want of prosecution.
(4) The
Tribunal’s power to make an order under subsection (3) is exercisable
only by a legally qualified member.
(5) The Tribunal may
make an order under this section on the application of a party or on its own
initiative.
