(1) A party may be
represented by a lawyer during an alternative dispute resolution proceeding
but the facilitator may, if the facilitator considers it appropriate to do so,
meet with the party, either alone or with another party, without the
party’s legal representative being present.
(2) A party who is not
a natural person may be represented during an alternative dispute resolution
proceeding by an officer, employee or agent of that party.
(3) A facilitator may
request the attendance of another person during an alternative dispute
resolution proceeding if, in the opinion of the facilitator, the attendance of
that person may help in the alternative dispute resolution proceeding.
