Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Supreme Court
has jurisdiction to hear and determine any application, or any appeal, whether
by case stated or otherwise, that the Court or a judge is empowered by a
written law to hear and determine.
(2) Any such
application or appeal must be heard and determined subject to the written law
concerned.
