Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Governor may,
from time to time, upon any report or recommendation of the judges of the
Supreme Court, make, revoke, or modify Orders in Council regulating the
vacations to be observed by the Court.
(2) Any Order in
Council made pursuant to this section shall, so long as it continues in force,
have effect as if enacted by this Act, and rules of court may be made
accordingly for carrying the Order in Council into effect.
