for the purpose of enabling the Authority to perform its functions consist of
—
(a)
moneys from time to time appropriated by Parliament; and
(b)
moneys received by the Authority in the performance of its functions; and
(c)
moneys borrowed by the Authority under section 26; and
(d)
other moneys lawfully received by, made available to, or payable to, the
Authority.
