Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Minister is to
appoint 7 people to be the members of the Board.
(2) A person who is
the chief executive officer or a member of staff is not eligible to be
appointed as a member of the Board.
(3) The Minister is to
designate one of the members to be the chairperson.
(4) The Minister is to
ensure that the members of the Board have, between them, the knowledge,
experience and expertise needed to enable the Authority’s functions
under this Act to be performed effectively.
