SCHOOL EDUCATION ACT 1999 - SECT 156

156 .         What is a school planning proposal

                A school planning proposal is a proposal —

            (a)         to establish a non-government school; or

            (b)         to make a registration change to a registered school that is of a kind prescribed by the regulations (a significant registration change ).
