Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Minister is to
make an advance determination, on an application under section 157A, if the
Minister is satisfied that the school planning proposal is satisfactory taking
into account the policy direction issued under section 157C.
(2) The Minister is to
specify in an advance determination the day on which the determination will
expire.
(3) An advance
determination is in force until the expiry day specified in the determination.
(4) If the Minister is
not satisfied as described in subsection (1), the Minister is to refuse to
make an advance determination.
