SCHOOL EDUCATION ACT 1999 - SECT 191

191 .         Term used: governing body

                In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears —

        governing body , in relation to a kindergarten or proposed kindergarten, means the person or body of persons that has the ownership, management or control of the kindergarten or proposed kindergarten.
