Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Minister is to
carry out a review of the operation and effectiveness of this Act not later
than 5 years after its commencement.
(2) The Minister is to
prepare a report based on the review carried out under subsection (1) and, as
soon as practicable after that preparation, is to cause that report to be laid
before each House of Parliament.
