Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts A person shall not go,
or employ or procure another person to go, from house to house offering for
sale or seeking offers for the purchase of vacant land, or for the purpose of
persuading or inducing persons to go to inspect any vacant land with a view to
purchase.
Penalty: a fine of $100 000.
