STATE RECORDS ACT 2000 - SECT 24

24 .         Amending plans

        (1)         If a government organisation wants to amend its record keeping plan it must submit a draft amendment to the Director.

        (2)         Sections 22 and 23 apply to the draft amendment as if it were a draft record keeping plan.
