Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) As soon as
practicable after the Commission receives a report under section 29 it must
give a copy to Parliament.
(2) As soon as
practicable after a relevant Minister receives a report under section 29 the
Minister must give a copy to Parliament.
(3) For the purpose of
subsections (1) and (2), section 64(3), with any necessary changes, applies.
