STATE RECORDS ACT 2000 - SCHEDULE 3

1.         A body established by the Electricity Corporations Act 2005 section 4(1).

2.         A body established by or under the Water Corporations Act 1995 section 4, namely —

                  (i)         the Water Corporation; and

                  (ii)         the Bunbury Water Corporation; and

                  (iii)         the Busselton Water Corporation; and

                  (iv)         a body established by the Governor.
