If information is
disclosed by a person under this Act in good faith —
(a) no
civil or criminal liability is incurred by the person in respect of the
disclosure; and
(b) the
disclosure cannot be regarded as a breach of a duty of confidentiality or
secrecy imposed by law on the person; and
(c) the
disclosure cannot be regarded as a breach of professional ethics or standards
or a principle of conduct applicable to the person’s employment or as
unprofessional conduct.
