Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts The Governor may make
regulations for or in relation to the following matters —
(a) a
code of conduct regulating the conduct of 1 or more classes of participants in
the provision, advertising, booking or management or occupation of residential
premises used, or proposed for use, for short-term rental accommodation;
(b) the
process for preparing and consulting on the code of conduct;
(c) the
enforcement of the code of conduct, including the imposition of suspension or
cancellation of registration of residential premises for specified breaches of
the code;
(d) the
publication of codes of conduct.
