Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) Subject to
section 23 the Board may, in writing, delegate the performance of any of its
functions, except this power of delegation, to —
(a) any
person; or
(b) a
committee appointed under clause 8 of Schedule 2.
(2) A function
performed by a delegate is taken to have been performed by the Board.
(3) A person
purporting to act under this section as a delegate is taken to have acted in
accordance with the terms of the delegation unless the contrary is shown.
