STATE SUPERANNUATION (TRANSITIONAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 2000 - SECT 65

65 .         Statutory Corporations (Liability of Directors) Act 1996 amended

                Schedule 1 to the Statutory Corporations (Liability of Directors) Act 1996 is amended by deleting the item for the Government Employees Superannuation Board and inserting the following item instead —

        “

Government Employees Superannuation Board

a director

State Superannuation Act 2000

”.
