Subject to any
necessary modifications, section 166 applies and the Tribunal has jurisdiction
accordingly in any case of the taking of part of the land in a parcel in a
registered strata plan in the manner and to the extent that section 166
applies and the Tribunal has jurisdiction in the case of damage to or
destruction of a scheme building.
