(1) A termination
proposal for a leasehold scheme cannot proceed further unless, within 3 months
after the full proposal is submitted to the strata company, the owner of the
leasehold scheme gives written notice to the strata company that the owner
supports the termination proposal.
(2) A strata company
must, as soon as reasonably practicable, give written notice to the proponent
of the termination proposal of the receipt of a notice under subsection (1).
