(1) The Minister for
Lands may in a taking order in respect of the whole of a parcel declare that a
strata titles scheme for that parcel is terminated on the registration of that
order.
(2) If subsection (1)
applies the Registrar of Titles must register the land in the parcel in the
name of the Crown or other authority in which it has vested under the taking
order.
(3) In this section
—
Minister for Lands means the Minister to whom the
administration of the Land Administration Act 1997 is for the time being
committed by the Governor;
taking order means a taking order made under
section 177 of the Land Administration Act 1997 .
