Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A strata company
must apply for registration of an amendment of the strata titles scheme to
register scheme by-laws as soon as reasonably practicable and, in any event,
within 3 months, after they are made, amended or repealed.
(2) An amendment of a
strata titles scheme to give effect to scheme by-laws may only be registered
if the scheme by-laws have been made, amended or repealed in accordance with
this Division.
