(1) A strata company
may enter any part of the parcel for the purpose of —
(a)
carrying out work that the strata company is required or permitted to carry
out under this Act; or
(b)
carrying out work that the strata company is required to carry out under an
order of a court or tribunal; or
(c)
carrying out work that the strata company is required to carry out under a
notice issued, or other order made, under any other written law; or
(d)
inspecting that part or any other part of the parcel; or
(e)
ascertaining whether scheme by-laws or this Act has been, or is being,
complied with.
(2) Sections 65 and 66
apply to entry to common property or a lot by a strata company under this
section as if the strata company were exercising rights under a statutory
easement.
(3) A person must not
obstruct or hinder a person exercising a power under this section.
