SWAN VALLEY PLANNING ACT 2020 - SECT 106

106 .         Section 85 amended

                In section 85 in the definition of planning instrument :

            (a)         in paragraph (c) delete “ 2000 .” and insert:

                2000 ; or

            (b)         after paragraph (c) insert:

            (d)         the Swan Valley Planning Scheme in force under the Swan Valley Planning Act 2020 .
