and insert:
(4) The CEO must send
a notice under subsection (2) to —
(a) in
the case of a proposed development to be carried out on land in the Swan
Valley — the Western Australian Planning Commission; or
(b)
otherwise — each local government and redevelopment authority for which
the proposed development appears to the CEO to be a relevant matter as that
term is defined in section 73.
(4A) An entity sent a
notice under subsection (4) must display a copy of the notice at its public
office until the expiry of the period for making submissions under subsection
(5).
