Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Swan Valley
Statutory Planning Committee may, by resolution, subdelegate any power or duty
of the Commission delegated to it under section 34(2).
(2) A subdelegation
under subsection (1) may be made to —
(a) a
member (as that term is defined in the Planning and Development Act 2005
section 4(1)); or
(b) a
subcommittee; or
(c) an
officer of the Commission; or
(d) a
public authority or a member or officer of a public authority; or
(e) the
Swan Valley local government; or
(f) a
committee of the council of the Swan Valley local government; or
(g) an
employee of the Swan Valley local government.
(3) A person or
committee to whom a function is subdelegated under subsection (1) cannot
subdelegate that function.
