that this Part expressly provides differently —
(a) the
Interpretation Act 1984 applies in relation to the repeal of an enactment by
Part 7; and
(b) the
Interpretation Act 1984 applies in relation to section 9(2) as if —
(i)
each relevant planning scheme were an enactment; and
(ii)
section 9(2) repealed each relevant planning scheme, to
the extent that the scheme applies to the land and development referred to in
that section, on the scheme start day.
