55 .         Section 20 amended

        (1)         In section 20 delete “As soon” and insert:

        (2)         Despite subsection (1), a proposed scheme or amendment of a class prescribed by regulations under the Environmental Protection Act 1986 section 48AAA(2) is not required to be referred to the EPA.
