SWAN VALLEY PLANNING ACT 2020 - SECT 75

75 .         Section 130 amended

                In section 130:

            (a)         in paragraph (c) delete “scheme,” and insert:

                scheme; and

            (b)         after paragraph (c) insert:

            (d)         the Swan Valley Planning Scheme,
