SWAN VALLEY PLANNING ACT 2020 - SECT 90

90 .         Section 241 amended

                In section 241(1):

            (a)         in paragraph (b) delete “application.” and insert:

                application; and

            (b)         after paragraph (b) insert:

            (c)         in the case of an application that relates to the Swan Valley Planning Scheme — the objects set out in the Swan Valley Planning Act 2020 section 5.
