(1) Any notice,
application or order that is to be served in accordance with section 64 or
section 66, or in accordance with any order made pursuant to the latter
section, or any notice that is to be served under section 30(1)(k), may be
served —
(a) by
delivering it to the person for whom it is intended or by sending it by
prepaid registered letter addressed to that person at his usual or last known
place of abode or business; or
(b) in
such other manner as may be directed by an order of the Court.
(2) Where a notice is
sent by post as provided by this section, it shall be deemed to be served at
the time at which the letter would have been delivered in the ordinary course
of post.
