An Act —

all or any of the assets or liabilities owned by, Racing and Wagering Western
Australia trading as TAB or TAB Touch; and
• to
amend —
• the Betting Control Act 1954;

• the Casino (Burswood Island) Agreement
Act 1985; and
• the Gaming and Wagering Commission
Act 1987; and
• the Racing and Wagering Western
Australia Act 2003;
and
• to make
consequential amendments to various other Acts; and
