TERRORISM (PREVENTATIVE DETENTION) ACT 2006 - SECT 50

50 .         Offences of contravening safeguards

                A person commits an offence if —

            (a)         the person engages in conduct; and

            (b)         the conduct contravenes —

                  (i)         section 35(1) or (4);

                  (ii)         section 39(1);

                  (iii)         section 47;

                  (iv)         section 48(2), (6) or (9); or

                  (v)         section 49(2).

        Penalty: imprisonment for 2 years.
