restrictive covenant created under this Part for a term specified in either
the plan on which the easement or restrictive covenant was noted or in the
instrument (if any) lodged in relation to the plan is, by virtue of this
section and without the need to apply for discharge of the easement or
restrictive covenant, of no effect when the specified term expires.
